Abstract
Tema rada je „Primjeri i analiza isplata dividendi kompanija u Republici Hrvatskoj“. Dionica kao vrijednosni papir koje izdaju tvrtke za razvoj poslovanja. Oni koje odluče uložiti u dionice mogu ostvariti dobitak na dva načina. Prvi način je kapitalna dobit, razlike između kupovne i prodajne cijene dionice. Drugi način je isplata dividende. Trgovanje dionicama rizičan je posao. U slučaju da tvrtka bankrotira postoji vrlo vjerojatna mogućnost da će izgubiti ulaganje. Najvažniji čimbenici u ulaganja su dugoročni rast i financijska perspektiva tvrtke, trenutačno i dugoročno financijsko zdravlje tvrtke, zdravlje dividendi tvrtke i mogućnost da se njezina isplata s vremenom poveća. Politika dividendi bavi se načinom i visinom isplate dividendi koja za cilj ima utvrditi koliko će se zarade isplaćivati dioničarima, kakav će biti pokazatelj isplate, hoće li se održati stabilnost dividende i u konačnici, koje su vrste dividendi. Analizirani su ukupni iznosi dividendi, broj isplata dividendi u dionicama, dividendi u novcu te predujam dividendi u novcu.
Abstract (english)
The topic of the paper is "Examples and analysis of dividend payments by companies in the Republic of Croatia". A share as a security issued by companies for business development. Those who decide to invest in stocks can make a profit in two ways. The first way is capital gain, the difference between the purchase and sale price of a share. Another way is to pay dividends. Stock trading is a risky business. In the event that the company goes bankrupt, there is a very likely possibility that it will lose its investment. The most important factors in investing are the company's long-term growth and financial outlook, the company's current and long-term financial health, the health of the company's dividends, and the potential for its payout to increase over time. The dividend policy deals with the method and amount of dividend payment, which aims to determine how much profit will be paid to shareholders, what will be the payment indicator whether dividend stability will be maintained and, ultimately, what types of dividends. The total amounts of dividends, the number of dividend payments in shares, cash dividends, and advance payments of cash dividends were analyzed.
