Abstract
Porastom cijene energenata iz neobnovljivih izvora i prednosti prodaje električne energije iz elektrana na vjetar i sunce razvila se ideja o „skladištenju“ dijela energije za vrijeme niske potrošnje. Kako energiju ne možemo skladištiti, već samo pretvarati iz jednog oblika u drugi, razvila se ideja o povećanju iskoristivosti rijeke Cetine. Točnije implementacijom reverzibilne hidroelektrane, pumpali bi vodu u gornji bazen za vrijeme kada prioritet u prodaji električne energije ima vjetar i sunce i tijekom noći kad je elektroenergetski sustav manje opterećen, a zatim bi je ispuštali iz gornjeg bazena za vrijeme najveće potrošnje. U ovom radu je opisan hrvatski elektroenergetski sustav, princip reverzibilne hidroelektrane, hidropotencijal rijeke Cetine i na njoj planirane reverzibilne hidroelektrane (RHE) Blaca.
Abstract (english)
With the increase in the price of energy from non-renewable sources and the advantages of selling electricity from wind and solar power plants, the idea of "storing" part of the energy during low consumption has been developed. As we cannot store the energy, but only convert it from one form to another, the idea of increasing the usability of the Cetina River has been developed. Specifically, by implementing a reversible hydropower plant, which would pump water into the upper basin when the energy from wind and sun has a priority in electricity sales and during the night when the power system is less stressed, and then discharge it from the upper basin during peak consumption. This paper describes the Croatian power system, the principle of a reversible hydropower plant, the hydro potential of the Cetina River and the planned RHE Blaca.
