Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada je prikazati društveno odgovornog poslovanje u poduzetništvu u trgovini. Društveno odgovorno poslovanje se posljednjih godina sve češće primjenjuje kod velikog broja tvrtki. Efikasna primjena društveno odgovornog poslovanja nam pomaže u uspostavi etički prihvatljivog poslovanja. U ovom radu su prikazane prednosti društveno odgovornog poslovanja u poduzetništvu te na koje sve načine tvrtka može beneficirati kada odlučimo pridodati važnost zaštiti okoliša, kvalitetnim odnosima prema zaposlenicima, dobroj poslovnoj praksi prema drugim partnerskim firmama, te odlučimo savjesno poslovati u sklopu zajednice. Navedeno je posebno važno za poduzeća koja djeluju u trgovini jer se trgovina kao poslovni model posebno oslanja na suradnju i interakciju s dionicima i stvaranje ugleda kao pouzdane, odgovorne i društveno prihvatljive organizacije od ključnog je značaja za uspješno poslovanje.
Abstract (english)
The goal of this paper is to show socially responsible business practices’ in entrepreneurship and commerce. Socially responsible business practices have becoming farm more frequently used in a large number of businesses. An effective use of socially responsible business practices helps us accomplish ethically acceptable trade. This paper demonstrates the advantages of socially responsible business practices in commerce, also the benefits in which businesses can benefit when it comes to the conservation of the environment, quality relationships with their employees, good business relations towards partner companies and ethical business in relation to the community. This is especially important for companies operating in trade because trade as a business model relies on cooperation and interaction with stakeholders and building a reputation as a reliable, responsible and socially acceptable organization is crucial for successful business.
