Abstract
Završnim radom na temu Prijevare u osiguranju želi se opisati utjecaj samog osiguranja na današnje društvo, ali i utjecaj društva na osiguravajuće kuće u smislu prijevara. Ovaj je rad prožet podatcima o osiguranju poput vrsta osiguranja, uloge, tržišta i interesa te informacijama povezanih s prijevarama u određenim segmentima. Analiziran je broj optuženih za zlouporabu osiguranja u Republici Hrvatskoj u jednom periodu te su spomenuti i načini suzbijanja prijevara u osiguranju.
Abstract (english)
The final paper on the topic of Insurance Fraud aims to describe the impact of insurance itself on today's society, but also the impact of society on insurance companies in terms of fraud. This paper is permeated with insurance data such as insurance types, roles, markets and interests, and information related to fraud in certain segments. The number of people accused of misusing insurance in the Republic of Croatia in one period was analyzed, and the ways of combating insurance fraud were also mentioned.
