Abstract
Jaka konkurencija, tehnološke promjena i sve zahtjevniji kriteriji kupaca karakterist ične su pojave suvremenog poslovnog okruženja. Posljedično tom izrodila se potreba za detaljnijom informiranosti o stanju na tržištu i potreba za konstantnom analizom poslovanja. Činjenica je da se poslovne odluke temelje na podacima o troškovima koji se stvaraju u poduzeću. Budući da je pojavu troškova nemoguće izbjeći, razumno je da upravljanje istima ima krucijalan utjecaj na poslovanje i donošenje odluka. Kako bi pronašli odgovore na pitanja u kojoj mjeri je potrebno sniziti troškove nužno ih je pratiti i analizirati. Međutim, troškovi nisu nužno negativnog karaktera, jer u procesu stvaranja učinka prenose vrijednost s resursa na učinak, odnosno, neku novu vrijednosti. Dakle, trošak se može promatrati kao investicija u sadašnjosti od koje se očekuje korist u budućnosti. Kvalitetno upravljati troškovima nije moguće bez primjene suvremenih metoda upravljanja troškovima. Primjena metoda je ključna za formiranje prodajne cijene, ostvarenje profita, kao i razvoja poslovanja.
Abstract (english)
Strong competition, technological changes and increased demands of buyers are characteristic in a modern business environment. Consequently, to that a need for detail informed market state is present and a need for const ant business analysis. The fact is that business desicions are based on information about costs that are made in a company. Since cost emerging is impossible to avoid, it’s reasonable managing them has a crucial impact on business and decision making. In order to find answers to the question of the extent to which it is necessary to reduce costs, it is necessary to monitor and analyze them. However, costs are not necessarily of negative form , because in the process of creating impact, they transfer value from resources to performance, that is, some new value. Hence the cost can be viewed as an investment in the present that is expected to benefit in the future. Quality cost management is not possible without the application of modern cost management methods. The application of methods is crucial for the formation of the selling price, making a profit, as well as business development.
