Abstract
U ovom završnom radu cilj je bio prikazati jedan od načina izrade klima komore. U prvom dijelu je sadržan opis samog objekta rada te osnovna primjena klima komore u svakidašnjem okruženju. U drugom dijelu prikazani su svi sastavni dijelovi klima komore, principi rada te njihova uloga u radu klima komore. Sastavni dijelovi su: aluminijska kutija, izolacija, peltier elementi, hladnjak, releji, napajanje te mikrokontroler - arduino uno. Treći dio rada obuhvaća proračun provoda topline kroz stijenku. Izračunata je količina topline koja je potrebna da bi se ostvario temperaturni interval unutar klima komore. Dobiveni rezultat je polazna točka pri određivanju samog peltier elementa uz pomoć programa koji je dostupan na internetskim stranicama. Nakon izvršenog proračuna uz pomoć programa, dobivamo različite vrijednosti svih varijabli potrebnih za izbor odgovarajućeg peltier elementa (dobivene vrijednosti varijabli su isključivo smjernice pri odabiru peltier elementa). U četvrtom dijelu prikazan je način upravljanja koji je ostvaren uz pomoć grafičkog sučelja tj. upravljano uz pomoć računala. Također je prikazan dio glavnog koda programa. Posljednji, peti dio, prikazuje zaključak završnog rada.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis, the main goal was to present one of the ways to make a climate chamber. First part contains description of the climate chamber and its basic use in everyday environment. Second part shows all the structural components of the climate chamber, the work principles and its role in the integral system. The components are: aluminum box, insulation, peltier elements, cooler, relays, power supply and microcontroller - arduino uno. The third part of the work involves the calculation of the heat flow through the wall of the chamber. The amount of heat required to achieve the temperature interval within the climatic chamber is calculated. The obtained result is the starting point which determines the peltier element itself with the help of the programs available on the web site. Using the online program, we get different values of the variables representing guidelines for selecting the corresponding peltier element. In the fourth section, a control mode is displayed with the aid of a graphic interface, which is controlled by a computer. Also, a part of the main program code is displayed. The last, fifth part, contains the conclusion of the final work.
