Abstract
ako bi roba do krajnjeg odredišta došla bez oštećenja, potrebno ju je osigurati te joj odabrati idealan prijevoz. U ovom radu će se pobliže objasniti pojmovi kao što su predmet osiguranja, vrijeme trajanja osiguranja, premija osiguranja, koje su to štete i rizici koji mogu nastati te tko preuzima odgovornost od nastalih šteta. Prikazati će se primjeri iz više vrsta grana transporta od cestovnom, zračnog, željezničkog preko pomorskog i poštanskog.
Abstract (english)
In order for merchandise to arrive to the destination without damage, it is necessary to secure it and choose the ideal transfer. In this paperwork we will thoroughly explain definitions like subject of security, time of security duration, security premium, what damages and risk can happen and who takes responsibility of the damages that occurred. It will show examples of multiple branches of transport road, air, train, sea and postal.
