Abstract
Ne postoji općeprihvaćena definicija obiteljskog poduzetništva. Stoga je najbolje koristiti široku definiciju prema kojoj je obiteljsko poduzeće ono poduzeće čija je temeljna karakteristika to što je u vlasništvu određene obitelji, odnosno ono poduzeće koje uključuje neki oblik obiteljske participacije i u kojima obitelj kontrolira strateško odlučivanje. Zbog nepostojanja općeprihvaćene definicije obiteljska poduzeća i njihov razvoj te utjecaj na hrvatsko gospodarstvo otežano je pratiti. Pretpostavlja se da polovicu poduzeća u Republici Hrvatskoj čine obiteljska poduzeća te da je u njima zaposlena polovica svih zaposlenih osoba, što upućuje na značaj obiteljskih poduzeća za hrvatsko gospodarstvo. Obiteljska poduzeća u Republici Hrvatskoj uglavnom su mikro i mala poduzeća, a ponekad i srednja, ali postoje i velika obiteljska poduzeća. S ciljem održavanja i razvijanja obiteljskog poduzetništva u Republici Hrvatskoj nužno je donijeti zajedničku definiciju obiteljskih poduzeća kako bi se ona mogla lakše identificirati te kako bi se u skladu s time moglo uvesti statističko praćenje takvih poduzeća i kako bi se kreirao program podrške obiteljskim poduzećima i nacionalni centar za obiteljska poduzeća. U radu su analizirane specifičnosti obiteljskog poduzeća Klobuk Travel. Poduzeće je u vlasništvu Anđele Škaro Pezer, koja je jedina i ovlaštena zastupati to poduzeće, ali je njezin suprug Željko direktor koji vodi cijeli posao, dok je kći Emi zaposlena na funkciji voditeljice te će ubrzo preuzeti direktorsku poziciju.
Abstract (english)
There is no generally accepted definition of family entrepreneurship. Therefore, it is best to use a broad definition according to which a family business is a company whose basic characteristic is that it is owned by a certain family, ie a company that includes some form of family participation and in which the family controls strategic decision making. Due to the lack of a generally accepted definition, family businesses and their development and impact on the Croatian economy are difficult to monitor. It is assumed that half of the enterprises in the Republic of Croatia are family enterprises and that they employ half of all employees, which indicates the importance of family enterprises for the Croatian economy. Family businesses in the Republic of Croatia are mostly micro and small businesses, and sometimes medium, but there are also large family businesses. With the aim of maintaining and developing family entrepreneurship in the Republic of Croatia, it is necessary to adopt a common definition of family businesses so that it can be more easily identified and accordingly statistical monitoring of such businesses can be introduced and a family support program and national center created. for family businesses. The paper analyzes the specifics of the family company Klobuk Travel. The company is owned by Anđela Škaro Pezer, who is the only one authorized to represent the company, but her husband Željko is the director who runs the entire business, while his daughter Emi is employed as the manager and soon is going to be the director.
