Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je EUR 1.- potvrda o podrijetlu robe u kojem su objašnjene prednosti i važnost samog dokumenta u vanjskotrgovinskim poslovima i primjeni povlaštenih carinskih stopa. Na samom početku rada nalazi se uvod, tematika je obrađena kroz 5 poglavlja, a na kraju rada dan je zaključak. Kroz uvod je objašnjeno o čemu se u radu govori. U prvom poglavlju je objašnjena carina i njene vrste, kroz drugo poglavlje se govori o carinskom sustavu Republike Hrvatske. Treće poglavlje obuhvaća put Republike Hrvatske prema Europskoj Uniji i promjene u carinskom sustavu ulaskom u istu. U četvrtom poglavlju je objašnjeno što je to povlašteno podrijetlo i njegove karakteristike, dok je u petom poglavlju objašnjen EUR 1, kao jedan od potvrda za stjecanje povlaštenog podrijetla kod uvoza/izvoza robe.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this final paper is EUR 1.- certificate of origin in which the advantages and importance of the documentation itself in foreign trade and the application of preferential customs rates are explained. The paper is divided into five chapters, an introduction and a conclusion. The introduction explains the purpose of the paper. The first chapter explains customs and their types, and the second chapter discusses the customs system of the Republic of Croatia. The third chapter covers the path of the Republic of Croatia towards the European Union and changes in the customs system by entering it. The fourth chapter explains what this privileged origin is and its characteristics. Finally the fifth chapter 1 EUR explains one of the certificates for the acquisition of preferential origin in the import / export of goods.
