Abstract
Platni promet je vrlo važan gospodarski sastav jedne zemlje. Da bi platni promet omogućio učinkovitu i sigurnu uporabu novčanih sredstava i izvršenje platnih transakcija potrebno ga je dobro poznavati. Platni promet i platni sustav u Republici Hrvatskoj omogućuju odvijanje međubankovnih plaćanja na način koji je propisan nizom zakona. Za olakšavanje izvršenja platnih transakcija u eurima na razini Europske unije osnovan je projekt SEPA. Na razini Republike Hrvatske Hrvatska narodna banka kao središnja banka u zemlji je zadužena za kontroliranje i nadzor platnog pometa. Hrvatska ima, kao i svaka zemlja ima svoje pružatelje platnih usluga. Pružatelji se smatraju prvo banke, zatim institucije za platni promet i drugi pružatelji platnih usluga koji sudjeluju u platnom prometu. Banke u Republici Hrvatskoj pružaju različite pakete platnih usluga i s različitim naknadama za vođenje istih tih usluga.
Abstract (english)
Payment operations are a very important economic composition of a country. In order for payment operations to enable efficient and secure use of funds and execution of payment transactions, it is necessary to know it well. Payment operations and the payment system in the Republic of Croatia enable interbank payments to take place in the manner prescribed by a number of laws. A SEPA project has been set up at EU level to facilitate the execution of euro payment transactions. At the level of the Republic of Croatia, the Croatian National Bank, as the central bank in the country, is in charge of controlling and supervising payment transactions. Croatia has, like every country, its own payment service providers. Providers are considered first banks, then payment institutions and other payment service providers involved in payment transactions. Banks in the Republic of Croatia provide different packages of payment services and with different fees for running the same services.
