Abstract
Cilj rada je napraviti funkcionalnu simulaciju industrijske makete rashladnog sustava korištenjem PLC-a S7-300 i PLC-a S7-1200. PLC S7-300 je spojen kao upravljačka jedinica makete, a mrežno spajanje s PLC-om S7-1200 izvršeno je korištenjem PROFINET standarda. PLC S7-1200 se koristiti kao udaljena jedinica za upravljanje sustavom. SCADA sustav je korišten za izvođenje simulacija sustava, a za ispravnost rada sustava konfigurirano je sklopovlje te napravljen HMI korisnički program. WinCC RT Professional software je korišten za vizualizaciju korisničkog sučelja.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to make a functional simulation of an industrial model of a cooling system using PLC S7-300 and PLC S7-1200. The PLC S7-300 is connected as a control unit of the model, and the network connection with the PLC S7-1200 was performed using the PROFINET standard. The PLC S7-1200 is used as a remote system control unit. The SCADA system was used to perform system simulations, and for the correct operation of the system, hardware was configured and the HMI user program was created. WinCC RT Professional software was used to visualize the user interface.
