Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je primjena poslovne etike u kompanijama za iznajmljivanje vozila na primjeru tvrtke Avant car d.o.o. Avant car je kompanija za iznajmljivanje vozila koja uspješno posluje u Hrvatskoj i Sloveniji. Definirani su misija, vizija te ciljevi poduzeća, a etika u poslovanju je prikazana na primjeru sa korisnicima usluge, konkurentima te na primjeru društveno odgovornog poslovanja. Uvođenje poslovne etike u poduzeće bitno je ne samo jer utječe na bolje poslovanje poduzeća, već stvara pozitivni imidž, bolju radnu atmosferu i postiže zadovoljstvo kod zaposlenika koji imaju veće povjerenje u poduzeće koje posluje u skladu s etičkim principima. Poštivanje poslovne etike ima utjecaja ne samo na zaposlenike u poduzeću, nego i sve one kojih se poslovanje poduzeća tiče. Cilj ovog rada je utvrditi posluju li kompanije za iznajmljivanje vozila na etičan način. Osim toga, radom se želi prikazati imaju li potrošači povjerenja u kompanije za iznajmljivanje vozila, što je ispitano putem anketnog upitnika kojim je procijenjeno zadovoljstvo klijenata uslugom i načinom rada te etičnost poslovanja rent-a car kompanija.
Abstract (english)
This paper aims to analyse business ethics on the example of a car rental service. Business activity implies the applicat ion of business ethics, which is a set of personal and overall moral actions. There are many reasons why respect for ethical behavior is important, and in this paper this is illustrated by the example of Avant car d.o.o. Avant Car is rental car company tha t successfully operates in Croatia and Slovenia. The mission, vision and goals of the company are defined, and business ethics is presented on the example of service users, competitors and on the example of socially responsible business. The aim of this paper is to determine whether car rental companies operate in an ethical manner, which was examined through a survey questionnaire that assessed customer satisfaction with the service and manner of work and business ethics.
