Abstract
Tržište dionica u Hrvatskoj i svijetu postaje sve popularnije. Još je uvijek novo i dovoljno istraženo područje za većinu stanovnika. Glavno je napomenuti da postoji primarno i sekundarno tržište na kojem se kupuju i prodaju vrijednosni papiri. Postoje dvije različite vrste dionica a to su povlaštene i obične dionice. Iako Zagrebačka Burza posluje tek od 1991. Godine u Hrvatskoj je trgovanje dionica ''zaživilo'' i u budućnosti će interes samo rasti, također transakcije se odvijaju elektroničkim putem. Važno je također napomenuti i kriptovalute kojima se sada u Hrvatskoj može legalno poslovati. Cilj rada je detaljno objasniti i razraditi kako to sve funkcionira. Obraditi ćemo sve karakteristike Tržišta dionica i objasniti kako proces trgovanja dionica izgleda na tržištu.
Abstract (english)
The stock market in Croatia and around the world is becoming increasingly popular. It is still a new subject and insufficiently explored area for most residents. The main thing to note is that there is a primary and secondary market where shares are bought and sold. We have two different types of shares and these are preferred and ordinary shares. Although the Zagreb Stock Exchange has been operating only since 1991, stock trading in Croatia has "come to life" and in the future interest will only grow, also transactions are done electronically. It is also important to mention cryptocurrencies that can now be used legally in Croatia. The aim of the final work thesis is to explain in detail and elaborate how it all works. We will cover all the characteristics of the Stock Market and explain what the stock trading process looks like when it's on the market.
