Abstract
Zadatak ovog rada je modeliranje uljevnog sustava kalupa za izradu nosača prednjeg zaštitnog dijela branika automobila, te je model istoga dan od strane tvrtke AD Plastik u svrhu usporedbe dviju varijanti različitih uljevnih sustava. Usporedbom, odredit će se povoljnija varijanta na temelju rezultata provedenih analiza nakon izvršene simulacije, te će se u konačnici dati usporedba modeliranog uljevnog sustava s danom varijantom uljevnog sustava tvrtke AD Plastik. Za simulaciju procesa korišten je softver Autodesk Moldflow Adviser koji u današnjoj industriji uvelike pomaže jer rezultati analize otkrivaju pozitivne i negativne strane, a koje se odnose na materijal, kalup, uljevni sustav i druge parametre procesa injekcijskog prešanja. Zahvaljujući navedenom sofveru, moguće je izabrati odgovarajući materijal, dizajn te bilo koju drugu stavku koja negativno utječe na krajnji rezultat i izgled otpreska.
Abstract (english)
The task of this work is modeling the runner system of the mold for making the fender support and the model was given by company AD Plastik for the purpose of comparing two variation of different runner systems. The comparison will determine a more favorable variant based on the results of the analysis after the simulations, and finally a comparison of the modeled runner system with the given variant of the runner system of the company AD Plastik will be given.. Autodesk Moldflow Adviser software was used to simulate the process, which helps a lot in today's industry because the results of the analysis reveal positive and negative sides, which related to the material, mold, runner system and all other parameters of injection molding processes. Thanks to the above software, it is possible to change the material, design and any other ithem that negatively affects the final result and appearance of the stamp.
