Abstract
Sustav daljinskog očitanja vodomjera nastao je iz potrebe da se ubrza sami postupak očitanja vodomjera. Prve dostupne tehnologije razvijali su proizvođači radijskih modula i vodomjera, pa bi uz radijske module za slanje stanja vodomjera bilo potrebno koristiti i opremu za očitanje istog proizvođača. Iako neki proizvođači vodomjera još uvijek koriste vlastite protokole za očitanje Drive-by i Walk-by, posljednjih 10 godina standardizirao se protokol Wireless M-BUS i danas je najčešće korišteni protokol za daljinsko očitanje kratkog dometa. U novije vrijeme razvojem LPWAN mreža, počinje i upotreba istih u sustavima za daljinsko očitanje. Trenutno u Europi najzastupljenija su četiri načina daljinskog očitavanja: Wireless M-BUS, Sigfox, LoraWAN, NB-IoT.
Abstract (english)
The water meter remote reading system arose from the need to speed up the water reading procedures themselves. The first available technologies were developed by manufacturers of radio modules and water carriers, so in addition to radio modules for sending water status, it would be necessary to use reading equipment from the same manufacturer. Although some water manufacturers still use their own Drive-by and Walk-by reading protocols, the Wireless M-BUS protocol has been standardized in the last 10 years, and the short-range remote reading protocol is the most commonly used today. Recently, with the development of the LPWAN network, the use of the same in remote reading systems is beginning. Currently, four remote reading modes are the most common in Europe: wireless M-BUS, Sigfox, LoraWAN, NB-IoT.
