Abstract
U ovom završnom radu cilj je upoznati se s kupovnim navikama generacije Z. Generacija Z zauzima vrlo velik udio u društvu te je važno prepoznati njihove potrebe, stavove i želje kako bi poduzeća znala što im ponuditi. Generacija Z svoj život obilježava tehnologijom kao bitnim dijelom života. Tehnologija se sve više koristi za obavljanje različitih poslova, a klasični oblik obavljanja poslova ide u zaborav. Koristeći internet, generacija Z provodi vrijeme na društvenim mrežama, internet trgovinama, igricama i slično. Imaju različiti stav prema posla od prethodnih generacija pa se poduzeća trebaju potruditi kako bi ih zaposlili i zadržali rast poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to get informed with the shopping habits of Generation Z. Generation Z takes a very large share in society and it is important to recognize their needs, attitudes and desires so that companies know what to offer them. Generation Z marks its life with technology as an essential part of life. Technology is increasingly being used to do various jobs, and the classic form of doing business is being forgotten. Using the internet, Generation Z spends time on social networks, online stores, games and the like. They have a different attitude towards work than previous generations, so companies need to make an effort to hire them and keep the company growing.
