Abstract
Prvo mirovinsko osiguranje uvedeno je još u 19. stoljeću. Nakon drugog svjetskog rata mirovinski sustav se počeo razvijati. Mirovinski se sustav u pravilu sastoji od nekoliko podsustava definiranih s obzirom na kategorije osiguranika, način financiranja, upravljanje mirovinskim fondovima, raspodjelu mirovina i sl. Mirovinski sustavi mogu biti javni ili privatni, te dobrovoljni ili obvezni. Funkcija mirovinskog sustava je da pojedincima i njihovim obiteljima bude na raspolaganju nakon završetka radnog odnosa, odnosu u slučaju invaliditeta ili gubitka hranitelja. Postoje dva obvezna i jedan dobrovoljni stup mirovinskog osiguranja. Prvi i drugi stup mirovinskog osiguranja su obvezni, dok treći stup mirovinskog osiguranja je dobrovoljan. Hrvatski zavod za mirovinsko osiguranje osigurava provedbu obveznog mirovinskog osiguranja na temelju generacijske solidarnosti. Mirovinski fond je imovina bez pravne osobnosti i ona prikuplja novac koji je uplaćen od strane vlasnika fonda. Mirovinski fond može biti obvezni ili dobrovoljni. Obvezni mirovinski fondovi mogu biti obvezni mirovinski fond kategorije A, B ili C, dok dobrovoljni mirovinski fondovi mogu biti otvoreni ili zatvoreni. Na HANFA-inoj stranici se mogu pronaći svi mirovinski fondovi i mirovinska društava. Mirovina je mjesečna novčana naknadan stečena na osnovi osiguranja.
Abstract (english)
The first pension insurance was installed back in 19th century. Development of the pension system started after the WW2 (World War 2). As a rule, the pension system consists of several subsystems defined with the categories of insured persons, the method of financing, the management of pension funds, the distribution of pensions, etc. Pension systems can be public or private, voluntary or mandatory. The function of the pension system is to have individuals and their families at their disposal after the end of employment,in case of disability or loss of breadwinner. There are two mandatory and one voluntary pillar of pension insurance. The first and second pillars of pension insurance are mandatory, while the third pillar of pension insurance is voluntary. Croatian Pension Insurance Institute ensures the implementation of compulsory pension insurance on the basis of generational solidarity. A pension fund is an asset with no legal personality and it raises money paid by the fund's owner. The pension fund may be mandatory or voluntary. Mandatory pension funds can be a mandatory category A, B or C pension fund, while volountary funds can be open or closed. All pension funds and pension companies can be found on HANFA's website. The pension is a monthly cash subsequent gain on the basis of insurance.
