Abstract
Postoje mnogi načini definiranja tržišnog mjehura ili balona, ali u osnovi se radi o situacijama kada potražnja za proizvodom ili dobrom daleko premašuje racionalnu razinu i time tržišna cijena ode daleko iznad njezine intrinzične vrijednosti. Mjehuri na tržištu mogu nanijeti ozbiljnu štetu financijskoj stabilnosti bilo kojeg gospodarstva pa tako i životu ljudi, bilo to izravno ili neizravno. Upravo zbog toga potrebno je spoznati razloge zbog kojih se tržišni mjehur razvija i istražiti način na koji bi se mogao prognozirati nastanak istog te time smanjiti potencijalnu štetu koju njegovo puknuće može izazvati. Stoga se u ovom radu detaljno obrazlaže definicija tržišnog mjehura, njegova povijest te način identificiranja mjehura prije njegovog puknuća.
Abstract (english)
There are numerous ways to define market bubbles, but these are basically situations where the demand for a product or good exceeds the rational demand level and thus the market price goes far above its intrinsic value. Market bubbles can cause serious damage to the financial stability of any economy, including people's lives, whether directly or indirectly. Precisely for this reason, it is necessary to know the reasons why the market bubble is developing and to investigate how to predict its occurrence in order to reduce the potential damage that its rupture may cause. Therefore, this paper explains in detail the definition of the market bubble, its history and the method of identifying the bubble before it erupts.
