Abstract
Putno osiguranje je dobrovljno osiguranje koje spada u jednu od osamnaest vrsta neživotnih osiguranja. Prilikom ugovaranja police ovog osiguranja osiguravajuča društva osiguraniku pružaju zaštitu od neželjenih rizika na putu kao što su iznenadna bolest, smrt ćlana obitelji ili gubitak prtljage. U skupinu putnog osiguranja ulaze: osiguranje od posljedica nesretnog slučaja (nezgode), osiguranje od privatne odgovornosti, osiguranje prtljage, osiguranje otkaza putovanja i zdravstveno osiguranje za putovanje u inozemstvo koje je neophodno za sve osiguranike. Cilj rada bio je analizirati putno osiguranje, prezentirati ponudu putnog osiguranja na tržištu Republike Hrvatske i proučiti promjene koje su nastale kod osiguravajučih društava tijekom pandemije Covid-19.
Abstract (english)
Travel insurance is voluntary insurance that belongs to one of the eighteen types of non-life insurance. When contracting this insurance policy, insurance companies provide the insured with protection against unwanted risks on the road, such as sudden illness, death of a family member or loss of luggage. The group of travel insurance includes: insurance against the consequences of an accident, insurance against private liability, luggage insurance, travel cancellation insurance and health insurance for travel aboard, which is necessary for all insured persons. The aim of this paper was to analyze travel insurance, present the offer of travel insurance on the market of the Republic of Croatia and study the changes that occurred in insurance companies during the Covid – 19 pandemic.
