Abstract
Glavni cilj ovog rada je obrada pojma fundamentalna analiza, a da bi se razumio taj pojam potrebno je prethodno objasniti što su dionice i koja su njihova glavna obilježja. Fundamentalna analiza se provodi kako bi se dobila cjelovita slika o uspješnosti poslovanja nekog poduzeća te kako bi se investitorima olakšala odluka oko ulaganja u određeno poduzeće. Kroz rad se objašnjavaju pokazatelji koji se najčešće koriste, a to su pokazatelji likvidnosti, zaduženosti, aktivnosti, profitabilnosti, ekonomičnosti i investiranja. Nadalje će se većina tih pokazatelja računati za poduzeće Podravka kako bi se utvrdilo financijsko stanje istog i kako bi se dobila prava slika analize poduzeća preko pokazatelja.
Abstract (english)
The main goal of this work is to process the term fundamental analysis, and in order to understand this term it is necessary to explain in advance what shares are and what their main features are. Fundamental analysis is conducted in order to get a complete picture of the performance of a company and to make it easier for investors to decide to invest in a particular company. The work explains the most commonly used indicators, which are indicators of liquidity, indebtedness, activity, profitability, economy and investment. Furthermore, most of these indicators will be calculated for Podravka in order to determine its financial condition and to obtain a true picture of the company's analysis through indicators.
