Abstract
Troškovi su jedan od najbitnijih čimbenika poslovanja svakog poduzeća. Za management je vrlo bitno znati prepoznati svaku od vrsta troškova te procijeniti mogućnost utjecaja na njih. Podjele vrsta troškova su brojne, a također su brojne i metode upravljanja i obračuna troškova. Na managementu je odgovornost odabira odgovarajuće metode obračuna troškova kako bi se dobila realna slika o troškovima poduzeća te što pouzdanije procijenila mogućnost utjecaja na njih. U teorijskom dijelu rada pojašnjeni su troškovi, podjele troškova te su definirane metode upravljanja i obračuna troškova. U istraživačkom dijelu rada su prikazani troškovi poduzeća dm-drogerie markt te su pojedini troškovi radi lakše usporedbe kroz godine podijeljeni s brojem zaposlenih za svaku od promatranih godina. Rezultati su pokazali da porast broja zaposlenih nije proporcionalan porastu prihoda niti troškova.
Abstract (english)
Costs are one of the key factors for every company. For management, it's very important to recognise every costs type and to estimate possibility of influence on them. There are many types of costs and so there are many methods of cost management and cost calculation. Responsibility for choosing a right method of cost calculation in order to get a real picture of company costs and reliable astimate of possibility of influence on them is on company's management. In theoretical part of this work are defined costs, types of costs, methods for cost management and cost calculation. In research part of this work are shown costs of company dm-drogerie markt and some of the costs are, for easier comparison troughout years, are devided with number of employees for every of observed years. Results have shown that the incerease in number of employees isn't proportional to increase of company's revenue and costs.
