Abstract
Osnovni cilj kojim se ovaj rad bavi je istražiti koliko je moguća implementacija QR kodova u ugostiteljstvu s naglaskom na hotelsku industriju. Razvoj suvremene tehnologije i njezina rasprostranjenost uvelike olakšavaju poslovanje, stoga ni hotelska industrija ne bi trebala biti izuzetak. Radom će se pokušati istražiti na koji način i gdje je moguća primjena QR kodova u hotelskoj industriji, u kojim područjima poslovanja bi moglo doći do olakšavanja poslovanja te na koji način je moguća implementacija QR koda u hotelijerstvu.
Abstract (english)
The main goal of this paper is to investigate the possible implementation of QR codes in the hospitality industry with an emphasis on the hotel industry. The development of modern technology and its prevalence greatly facilitate business, so the hotel industry should not be an exception. The paper will try to explore how and where it is possible to apply QR codes in the hotel industry, in which areas of business it could facilitate business and how it is possible to implement QR codes in the hotel industry.
