The purpose of this final paper is to create a web application that will enable employers and employees of the service industry to simplify business operations, better organize their work and other additional functionalities necessary for managing dislocated accommodation units. The ASP.NET Core Framework, C# programming language, Visual Studio 2019 development environment, Microsoft SQL Server relational database, Entity Framework development framework, Razor, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, HTML, CSS and Bootstrap were used to develop the application. The application has four different user rolls. The Administrator decides on the roll assignment and the deactivation or activation of users. The other three rolls (Hotel manager, Cleaner and Guest) have the ability to interact within the system. The Guest inside the app is only for simulating events. The Hotel manager and Cleaner use the application for the purpose of contracting and organizing business opportunities. This application was intended to assist the Hotel manager in organizing the cleaning of the dislocated hotel (his accommodation units) he manages and in controlling the access of the accommodation units by the Guest and the hotel Cleaner. The Hotel manager makes offers for the cleaning job according to the accommodation reservation schedule, and the Cleaner accepts and performs jobs that are offered.
