This paper will elaborate the process of human resource management process, which represents a set management activities directed to attraction, development and maintaining effective staff within a company. It starts from the very concept of human resources that represent the most significant resource and the way these resources are attracted. Certainly, before attracting the human resources, a job analysis must be done in order to determine which job positons are available as well as which candidates best fit the job profiles. Applicants who have applied for must be well selected to maximize amployee performance. Selection is done based on alborated specific methods and techniques, which enable the provision of qualified and competent staff to respond to job demands in an adequate and sought-after way. A series of tests and interviews further ameliorate the selection before the final decision is made. For the whole process, the process of training that employees develops and maintains their performance as well as performance appraisal, compensation management, and the system of work relationships are extremely important.
