This paper deals with the topic of support programs for female entrepreneurs as a solution to the problem of social and business obstacles faced by female entrepreneurs. However, the question of the goal of incentives for female entrepreneurs has been raised. Support programs are created to solve the problems that female entrepreneurs face every day, but also to increase the entrepreneurial presence of women in the business world. The most common obstacle is society's perception through traditional attitudes and prejudices that place women only with the family, raising children and household chores. In addition to the lack of information, markets and education, a major obstacle is the lack of financial resources that prevent women from starting their own business. In addition, the paper analyses the effectiveness of incentives for female entrepreneurs, with the conclusion that it is probable that incentives are necessary and useful, but that a much more detailed analysis and research is needed to reach a more precise conclusion. The paper also problematizes the question of the scale of incentives, considering the fact that most incentives for entrepreneurs are small incentives.
