At the long time through the development of the business world, the great inequality of women is increasingly emphasized regardless of whether, it is a matter of great s uccess or progress in a certain business area. They are consequences that go back to the very history in which they left a deep mark on the position of women in the labor market where even today society imposes its views, believing that male strength is irreplaceable. Their management in entrepreneurial ventures results in an extraordinary way of doing business which leads to a major turning point in breaking down prejudices. Unfortunately, in Croatia as well as in the world, it is still less developed in terms of representation, insufficient engagement of institutions and failure to provide support to women entrepreneurs, which leads to inactive economic development. Very little is invested in female pre- exposures which creates a need for further creativity, education, and even self- confidence to expand their business goal. By encouraging a woman as an entrepreneur can result in better business because they are provided with more equality, creativity as well as information and to remove the imposed attitudes of society for the better entrepreneurial waters which can create new sources of success in the near future.
