Abstract
U okviru ovog rada izvršeno je koncipiranje, projektiranje i izrada uređaja za ispitivanje prokaljivosti po Jominy (uređaj za hlađenje Jominy epruvete). Glavni projektni zahtjevi su sigurnost i jednostavnost uređaja za upotrebu tako da s njime može upravljati jedna osoba. Važniji zahtjev je mogućnost jasnog prikaza cijeloga procesa ispitivanja (hlađenja epruvete). U radu su pojašnjene pojedine faze izrade uređaja i date sve potrebne informacije za dobar uvid i razumijevanje prikazanog koncepta. U prvom dijelu rada su proučeni relevantni standardi i postojeći uređaji, nakon čega je osmišljen izgled uređaja, napravljen odgovarajući proračun te izrađeni nacrti pomoću 3D programa (inventor). Na temelju izvršenog projektiranja naručeni su potrebni dijelovi te izrađen uređaj.
Abstract (english)
This final thesis covers the design and construction of a Jominy tube cooling device. The main requirements are the safety and ease of use of the device so that it can be operated by one person. The most important requirement is the ability to clearly display the entire cooling process. The stages of device development are explained in the work and all the necessary information is given for a good insight and understanding of the concept presented. The introduction part of the work examines the relevant standards and standard Jominy devices, after which the layout of the Jominy cooling device is designed, the appropriate calculation is made, and the drawings are made using 3D CAD programs. Based on the design, the necessary parts were ordered, and the device was made.
