Abstract
U ovom završnom radu pod nazivom „Tehnologija izrade odljevka preciznim lijevom“ obradit će se cjelokupan postupak koji se primjenjuje u ljevaonicama. U radu je dan osvrt na proces lijevanja te primjena preciznog lijeva do današnjih dana. Posebno su naglašene prednosti kao što su ekonomičnost, smanjenje troškova, točnost izraĎenih dijelova i kvaliteta površine odljevka. U edukativne svrhe izvršena je izrada kalupne šupljine na osnovu prethodno pripremljenog voštanog modela. Opisan je kompletan postupak, od izrade modela, pripreme zaspia do ulijevanja u kalupnu šupljinu. TakoĎer, na osnovu očišćenog odljevka utvrĎene su nepravilnosti i nedostatci koji će se u budućnosti eliminirati kvalitenijim vezivnim sredstvom. Ovako usvojeni način izrade odljevka preciznim lijevom ubuduće će se izvoditi na vježbama u kolegiju Proizvodni postupci.
Abstract (english)
The thesis topic is focused on the casting technology with precision cast iron. The entire procedure applied in foundries will be described. This paper gives an overview of the casting process and the application of investment cast used nowadays. There are many advantages in areas like economy, cost reduction, the accuracy and quality of casted parts. For educational purposes, the production of mold cavities was done on the basis of the previously prepared wax model. The entire casting process was described, from preparation to cast inflow in mold cavities. On the basis of cleaned mold irregularities and defects were affirmed. Those will be eliminated in the future with binders usage. Described process will be used as groundwork for conducting exercises on Manufacturing process subject.
