Abstract
Država putem javnog financiranja zadovoljava javne potrebe. Način, odnosno sustav javnog financiranja neke države prikazuje se u državnom proračunu. Državni proračun predstavlja projekciju potrebnih javnih prihoda i utvrđivanje javnih rashoda i izdataka za jednu godinu. Kao najčešći i najveći izvor ubiranja javnih prihoda su porezi. Porezi se mogu klasificirati na više načina, kao što je prema vrsti porezne osnovice, prema razini državne vlasti i prema kategorijama opterećenja obveznika. U Republici Hrvatskoj porezni sustav dijeli se na državne poreze, kao sto su: porez na dodanu vrijednost, porez na dobit i posebni porezi i trošarine, županijske poreze, kao što su: porez na nasljedstvo i darove, porez na cestovna motorna vozila, porez na plovila i porez na automate na sreću, gradski ili općinski porezi: prirez porezu na dohodak, porez na potrošnju, porez na kuće za odmor, porez na korištenje javnih površina, porez na promet nekretnina, zajednički porezi: porez na dohodak, porezi na dobitke od igara na sreću i naknade na priređivanje igara na sreću: lutrijske igre, igre u casinima, igre klađenja, igre na sreću na automatima, naknada za priređivanje prigodnih jednokratnih igara na sreću, naknada za priređivanje nagradnih igara: propisana uplata priređivača nagradnih igara u korist hrvatskog crvenog križa.
Abstract (english)
The state fills the public needs through public funding system. Condition of the state's public funding system is shown in the state budget. The state budget is a document estimating revenues and receipts and determining expenditure and outlays for one year. As the most common and largest source of public revenue collection are taxes. Taxes can be classified in several ways, such as: by the type of tax base, by the level of government and by population load categories. The croatian tax system : national taxes : value added tax, profit tax, special taxes, and excise duties.,county taxes: inheritance and gifts tax, the tax on road motor vehicles, the tax on vessels, the tax on coin operated machines for games for amusement, city or municipal taxes: surtax on income tax, the consumption tax, tax on holiday houses, tax on the use of public land, real estate transfer tax., joint taxes: income tax., taxes on winnings from games of chance and fee for organising games of chance: lottery games, casino games, betting games, fees for organising slot machine games, fee for organising occasional one-time games of chance., fee for organising award games: fee for organising award games.
