Abstract
Ovaj završni rad se temelji na izradi web aplikacije za prodaju medicinskih pomagala (eng. medical aids ecommerce application). Aplikacija se funkcionalno može podijeliti na dva dijela: prezentacijski dio (eng. frontend) te dio koji sadrži svu logiku aplikacije (eng. backend). Glavni dio prezentacijskog sustava čine tehnologije React (biblioteka koja sadrži korisnička sučelja), Javascript, HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) te CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) kao i još nekoliko dodatnih modula. Logički dio aplikacije se sastoji od tehnologija Node.js i Express.js koji u pozadini rade kao poslužitelj te komuniciraju s bazom podataka MongoDB i poslužuju prezentacijski dio informacijama. Aplikacija daje pristup dvjema vrstama korisnika: administrator koji ima sve ovlasti kao što je upravljanje sadržajem aplikacije ili uređivanje narudžbi te običan korisnik koji ima osnovne ovlasti poput pregleda i narudžbe proizvoda. Korisnik preko web aplikacije pregledava medicinske proizvode, sortira ih po popularnosti ili datumu dolaska te filtrira po kategoriji, cijeni ili jednostavno pretražuje pomoću tražilice. Također, korisnik sprema proizvode u košaricu te obavlja plaćanje i narudžbu istih. Unutar svog korisničkog profila korisnik može pregledati statuse svih narudžbi ili uređivati informacije o sebi. Administrator kreira, uređuje, briše te dodaje nove proizvode i kategorije, pregledava narudžbe te ima pregled nad svim prijavljenim korisnicima.
Abstract (english)
This final paper is based on the development of medical aids ecommerce application. Functionally, application can be divided into two parts: presentation part – frontend and backend part which contains all the logic of the application. Technology stack of the frontend part is React (user interface library), Javascript, HTML and CSS as well as few additional modules. Backend part is developed in Node.js and Express.js which are working as a server in the background and communicating with MongoDB database and serving information to the frontend. Application gives acces to two types of users: admin, who has all the authorities like application content management or managing orders or a regular user which has only basic authorities like viewing products and making orders. User uses the application to view medical products, sorts them by popularity or arrival date and filters them by category, price or simply searches them with the help of search bar. Also, user saves the products into the shopping cart, pays and orders the products. Inside his user profile, the user can view the status of all the previous orders or edit his personal information. Admin creates, edits, deletes and adds new products and categories, views orders and has an overview over all the users that signed in.
