Abstract
U ovom završnom radu istraživat će se materijali s kojima je moguće izraditi krletku. Potrebno je voditi računa da tehnologija izrade bude odgovarajuća za odabrani materijal te isto tako za sam dizajn krletke. U prvom dijelu bit će dan prikaz materijala, tehnologije izrade, izgled dizajna. Za svaki materijal bit će opisana njegova svojstva, prednosti i nedostatci. Navedene tehnologije izrade bit će razrađene u načinu njihove provedbe uz ponuđeni materijal te samu isplativost izrade. U drugom dijelu bit će popraćena kompletna izrada kroz tehničku dokumentaciju i proizvodne postupke, također će biti izvršeno testiranje pokretnih dijelova. Odabrani materijal bit će popraćen odgovarajućim obrazloženjem kako funkcijske tako i financijske isplativosti. Prikazat će se konačni izgled dizajna krletke.
Abstract (english)
In these graduate work will be explored materials with which it´s possible to make a cage. It is necessary to take care that the manufacturing technologies are appropriate for the selected material and also for the design of the cage itself. The first part will describe the materials, manufacturing technologies, design layout. For each material, its properties, advantages and disadvantages will be described. These manufacturing technologies will be developed in the manner of their implementation with the offered material and the cost-effectiveness of production. In the second part, the complete production will be accompanied by technical documentation and production procedures, and testing of moving parts will also be performed. The selected material will be accompanied by an appropriate explanation of both functional and financial viability. The final look of the designer cages will be displayed.
