Abstract
Završni rad se temelji na razradi teme motivacije zaposlenika koja se provodi kroz empirijski dio rada odnosno analizi motivacije zaposlenih u tvrtkama Drogerie Markt d.o.o. i Poreznoj upravi. Definirano je značenje motivacije za tvrtku kao i njene strategije za efikasnije poslovanje. Postoje razne teorije motivacije, a u ovom se radu analiziraju samo neke od njih. Menadžeri s vremenom sve veću pažnju pridaju motivaciji zaposlenih jer su uvidjeli njenu važnost u postizanju zadanih ciljeva poduzeća. Budući da se ljudi uvelike razlikuju, samim tim ih motiviraju različiti faktori. Stoga, menadžer mora biti upoznat sa željama i potrebama svojih zaposlenika kako bi pronašao pravovaljanu strategiju motiviranja.
Abstract (english)
This work aims to elaborate the employee motivation through research or analysis of employee’s motivation at Drogerie markt d.o.o. and Tax Administration. This work highlights the importance of motivation and its strategies due to company success. Since there are various theories of motivation, this work will be based only on most important ones. Managers all over the world started to pay more attention to employee motivation over time. They’ve realized its importance in achieving the main organizational goals. Given the fact that people are different, they are motivated by different factors. Therefore, the manager must be aware of the wishes and characteristics of their employees in order to find a valid motivation strategy.
