Abstract
Unatoč tome što pojam obiteljskoga poduzeća ili poduzetništva u Republici Hrvatskoj nije službeno definiran to ne znači da ono ne postoji, samo onemogućuje identifikaciju, praćenje razvoja i projekciju utjecaja obiteljskih poduzeća na gospodarstvo Hrvatske. Također, postojeći zakonodavni okvir koji regulira poslovne subjekte, ne sadrži definiciju obiteljskoga poduzeća, ali u Hrvatskoj se prepoznaju obiteljska poduzeća u poljoprivrednoj i ugostiteljskoj djelatnosti i obrtništvu kao jedan od mogućih oblika ekonomske djelatnosti u tim sektorima. Jedan od čestih oblika obiteljskoga gospodarstva je OPG ili obiteljsko poljoprivredno gospodarstvo. Radi se o obliku poslovanja u kojem punoljetni članovi istoga kućanstva obavljaju poljoprivrednu djelatnost, a po potrebi i dopunske djelatnosti koristeći vlastite i unajmljene resurse. Nositelj OPG-a je punoljetna osoba koja radi stalno ili povremeno na gospodarstvu te je odgovorna za njegovo poslovanje dok su članovi OPG-a punoljetni članovi istoga kućanstva koji imaju prebivalište na istoj adresi, a bave se stalnim ili povremenim radom na gospodarstvu.
Abstract (english)
Although the concept of family business or entrepreneurship in the Republic of Croatia has not been formally defined, this does not mean that it does not merely impede the identification, monitoring of development or the projection of the impact of family businesses on the Croatian economy. Also, the existing legislative framework regulating business entities does not contain a definition of family business, but in Croatia family businesses in the agricultural and catering and craft sectors are recognized as one of the possible forms of economic activity in these sectors. One of the common forms of family farming is the farm or family farm. It is a form of business in which adult members of the same household carry out agricultural activities and, where necessary, supplementary activities, using their own and rented resources. OPG holder - is an adult who works permanently or occasionally on the holding and is responsible for his / her business, while OPG members are adult members of the same household who reside at the same address and are engaged in permanent or temporary work on the holding.
