Abstract
Ljudski potencijali temelj su poduzeća. Za poduzeće je jako bitno da poduzme sve potrebne aktivnosti upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima, od planiranja pa sve do odabira, raspoređivanja, obuke i razvoja, upravljanja radnom uspješnošću kao i svih drugih aktivnosti upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima. Ako poduzeće zaposli pogrešnu osobu vjerojatno će to dovesti do loših rezultata poduzeća. Iza svakog uspješnog poduzeća stoje zaposlenici koji ulažu sve svoje napore kako bi postigli zadane ciljeve koje je poslodavac odredio. Uspješni poslodavci znaju da svoje radnike moraju motivirati na rad, a to mogu činiti koristeći brojne motivacijske tehnike koje su primjerene određenim uvjetima i određenim skupinama zaposlenika. Ako je zaposlenik zadovoljan svojim poslodavcem on će i kvalitetnije obavljati svoj posao. Postoje mnoga poduzeća koja ulažu u svoje radnike, a kao primjer dobre prakse mogu se navesti Lidl i Dm.
Abstract (english)
Human resources are foundation of every corporation. For every business is very important to take every possible activity from management of human resoutces, planning and choosing right person, training and development and management of works success and every other activity of human resources. If company give a job to wrong person it is possible that it will lead to bad results of a company. Behind every corporation stands employees who invest their time and knowledge to achieve company goals. Successfull em ployers know that they have to motivate their workers, and that is possible with many techniques which are adequate for specific groups of workers. If worker is satisfied with employee, he will give as best as he can to do his work. There are many companies which invest in their workers, and examples are Lidl and DM.
