Abstract
Kriza je razdoblje poslovanja u kojem se označava problematična i prijelomna točka koja je zapravo povezana s potrebom donošenja ključnih odluka i promjena. Krizni menadžment se nalaže kao ključan faktor u procesu borbe s krizom. Kriza nastupa brzo i iako se u nekim slučajevima može predvidjeti u većini njih ne može. Ključni zadatak kriznog menadžmenta je da u što kraćem vremenskom roku odradi krizni plan i krene djelovati preko faza oporavka od krize do izlaska i učenja iz iste. Danas u suvremenom, modernom društvu krize poprimaju potpuno novi oblik. Više se ne radi o klasičnim, lokalnim krizama, već one prelaze u globalne krize. Krizni menadžment se mora prilagoditi novonastalim situacijama u borbi s nečim što prelazi granice lokalnog. Ključan korak koji se ne smije propustiti je uspostava korelacije između vanjskih i unutarnjih faktora krize koji pogađaju poduzeće. Naglasak se stavlja na internu i vanjsku komunikaciju. Brojni su krizni menadžeri koji su uspješno savladali krize uvidjevši u njima izvrsne poslovne prilike podignuvši poslovanje na efikasniju i efektivniju razinu. Razlog njihovog uspjeha leži u činjenici da su poduzeli ključne promjene u kritičnim trenutcima za poduzeće i iz krize izašli oboružani novim iskustvom i znanjem koje će im poslužiti u budućim vremenima.
Abstract (english)
A crisis is a period of business in which a problematic turning point is marked, related to the need for crucial decisions and changes. Crisis management is emerging as a critical factor in the crisis management process. The crisis occurs quickly, and although in some cases it can be predicted in most of them, it cannot. The critical task of crisis management is to complete the crisis plan as soon as possible and start acting through the phases of recovery from the crisis. Today, in modern, contemporary society, crises are taking on a whole new form. These are no longer classic local ones, but now they are turning into global crises. Crisis management must adapt to emerging situations in the fight against something that transcends the local boundaries. An essential step not to be missed is establishing a correlation between the firm's external and internal crisis factors. Emphasis is placed on internal and external communication. Many crisis managers have succeeded in fighting the crisis and have seen significant business opportunities, raised business to a more efficient and practical level, made critical changes at the right time and most importantly, learned important information that will serve them in future crises.
